Well today the Playstation Plus came out and so far it's not very impressive. Your open open the Playstation Plus menu to be faced with a few games and a couple of themes. The themes are Fat Princess so if you like that sort of thing then there's a start for you. Some of the games listed are only discounts and not much of a discount either and you get the same deal with some game add ons.

The 2 major games that have come out with Playstation Plus are Wipeout HD and Little big planet which for most people there already have in there games collection. So not much there for the old Playstation faithful

Try full games for free was one statement advertised with Playstation Plus so I decided to give it a go to find that the download didn't start and it now won't let me download it again. So I have no idea if that games going to be good!

The Playstation 1 titles are that and they look and feel like old games. One game of which is Destruction Derby which had a 1995 release and it really does show it's age.

It's still early with Playstation Plus and we all know there going to be adding new games each month and the chance for a beta test which I think will draw a lot of people in.

As for the first month of Playstation Plus hold your cash for now and see what comes in next month.

For Playstation 1 games, it is all about memories and relation. I for one is definately gonna download FF7, it is one of my favourite game of all time, and the one that got me into RPG's in general. I still have a disc copy of it though...

The only down side i find about playing old games that used to love is that the games are never as good as whats you remember so when you start playing them again you feel let down.

Meh, not really. I have only played a few over again, but Driver was just as good as I remembered it, and I am not sure how many times I've replayed FFVII, and loved it. But when I bought a PS1 game I haven't played before, it truly sucked. It's kind of like a photo album, it needs to remind you of good times
