Codemasters is in a legal dispute with Playground Games another racing studio. Playground is accused of hiring key staff and there for gaining what they know about by the Dirt2 section of Codemasters.
“Those employees constituted a ready-made top-rate racing games development team. Playground games was created this year by the former CEO of Codemasters Nicholas Wheelwright. If things go Playgrounds way then this could be great news for Racing game fans.
I can't see Codemasters loosing the case due to emplyment law but could be a devolper to keep an eye on in the future.
