MAG Team's and tactics.
It looks the way the MAG beta is playing out that the winning team will be the team that has the most squads willing to work as a team. So in order to do this in a successful way Clan Squads/Platoons with the best team way to win a match.
I think that running a fair Squad/Platoon would be to run it alternating the command between members regardless of rank but following the tactics set out by the clan before the game.
This way each and every player will experience being a platoon/squad leader and gain experience from it.
To have a squad working as a team would be good, having 2 squads working as a team when defending or attacking the same area would be better which means 16 clan members on at once, being the fact that we will probably never get 16 member's on at the same time each squad should have ad least 10 members.
So what would be a good idea would be to have forum squad leaders to organise there squads in the forum and then talk with other squad leaders to form tactics for matches for the different game types.
Saying all this at present we only have around 13 members that will be getting the game.
I think the best way to go about this will be to have 4 members willing to be forum squad leaders and the 4 members try to find members to join there squad.
Each squad will need 1 sniper so if we have 4 snipers on here then 1 for each squad already as well.
If you find people then point them to this post so they can see what we are trying to achieve.
A good leader leads his men into battle and also always for each skill that is on offer and respects what each persons limits are.
If you would like to be a squad leader then please let eveyone know, also be aware if we don't get enough players the squads will be merged.
