Would you buy a game with no trophies?

When you look on diffrent site's regarding Playstation games and see that all new games have trophies in them it makes me wonder if people would still buy these games if for some reason the creators decided not to bother with them. I for one don't care about trophies in in way shape or form i just like to ensure that theres good mulitplayer options.



So whats everyone else's few on this?

Meh, trophies are not even considered when I get a game. But it is not like this is going to happen, as Sony demands that all devs put trophies in their game now. Some take the easy way out though, like terminator, where they just added 12 gold trophies.

Yeah alot of games just have really easy trophies where you can tell they've not put any thought into it waht so ever. The thing i hate about trophies though is it always seems to reqire doing some thing over and over again like get a certain amount of money in your accont! Well i've run out of content to play and i don't want to repeat the same damn level 100 times. This is the reason why i've never tryed to get a trophie it annoyies me!

I never really try out for trophies, unless they mean something. Like in WH, I try to get a few of the trophies. However, the trophies are just a side product of what I am really trying to do...

Trophies i used to like of sorts are....
Back in the day when i used to play Command & Conquer online the world rankings used to re-set ever month to give everyone a chance of doing well. If you ranked to a certain point you'd have a medal next to your name there after regarding your highest rank and you'd also have like a rank insigna ie sergent or captain which would go up or down depending on your monthly average. This kind of trophie i'd like because it's all skilled related!
